'Introductory Appointments' must be pre-paid online to confirm booking. All appointments thereafter may be paid online or in session, as is most convenient for you. Most credit and debit cards are accepted.
All other appointments, including returning clients, can be conveniently scheduled and optionally pre-paid under 'Standard Psychotherapy Appointment." (All appointments can be changed or refunded with 24 hours notice.)
To change or cancel any appointment 24 hours notice is required and you may use the links in your email confirmation to do so.
OHIP does not cover psychotherapy. Your group or personal plan may provide some coverage. We provide receipts that read 'Psychotherapy.' Client must pay for their sessions in advance or in session. It is the client's responsibility to confirm and seek re-imbursement with their insurance provider.
